- Quoted in LKR, fixed per milestone
- Every engagement is quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees in a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and a milestone payment schedule. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Deposit up front, then milestone invoices
- An initial deposit reserves your slot and covers discovery. Remaining milestones are invoiced as they complete, payable within 14 days by card or bank transfer.
- No surprise line items
- Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and never starts without your written approval. Figures above exclude applicable taxes and government levies.
- Cancel under a clear policy
- Refund requests within 14 days of payment, for work not yet started, are refunded in full — always back to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy.
Billed separately, at cost
The figures above cover our design and engineering work. These third-party costs are passed through to you at cost with no markup, unless your quotation states they are included:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, or your existing provider)
- AI model and API usage — token, inference, and third-party API charges
- Paid software licences and subscriptions required by the build
- Domain registration, SSL, and email services
- Paid design assets, fonts, or stock imagery you approve
Where you already hold these accounts, we work inside yours and you are billed directly by the provider.
Pricing questions
Why aren't there fixed prices for everything?
Because the honest answer to “what will this cost” depends on scope. A chatbot over a 20-page FAQ and one over a decade of regulated case files are the same sentence and a very different build. The figures above are floors so you can sanity-check budget before a call; the real number is confirmed in a written quotation once we understand the scope.
How do payments work?
Engagements are invoiced against milestones, with an initial deposit before work starts. Invoices are payable within 14 days, in LKR, by card through our payment gateway or by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
We quote the change separately and don't start it until you approve it in writing. No surprise line items — if it wasn't in the Statement of Work and you didn't approve it, you aren't billed for it.
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Yes. Refund requests made within 14 days of payment for work that hasn't started are refunded in full. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and unstarted milestones are refunded pro-rata. Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
Do you work with fixed fees or time and materials?
Fixed fee per milestone, wherever the scope allows it — you know the cost before we start. Genuinely open-ended research work is quoted as a capped time-and-materials block instead, so it can't run away from your budget.
Who owns what we build?
You do. On full payment, ownership of the bespoke deliverables built for you transfers to you. We keep our own pre-existing tools and frameworks and licence them to you perpetually where they're embedded in your product. Terms §7 has the specifics.
